Get a refund if your item doesn’t arrive, arrived damaged, or isn’t as described and within the protection period (45 Days).

This buyer protection is in addition to and does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer, as granted by all mandatory laws and regulations applicable in your country of residence.

Sallyrays Buyer Protection

If you believe an item is faulty, or there is a major failure with an item, you may choose a refund or replacement (if viable or feasible, as your satisfaction is our priority).

  1. Where a replacement of an item is not possible, a refund or store credit will be issued.
  2. Sallyrays will require satisfactory proof of purchase as well as evidence of the issue either by picture, video, written explaination approved by Sallyrays.
  3. All disputes must be raised within 30 days via a support ticket. You can raise a support ticket here.
  4. As a diverse marketplace, using a variety of sales channels eg Sallyrays Products Direct, Drop Shippers & Independent sellers – there may be occassion whereby the issue is out of the hands or control of Sallyrays. Do not be discouraged – once a dispute has be raised with Sallyrays and adudicated, we will be with you every step of the way through to resolution.
  5. Most items will be eligable for a full refund or return if you are not satisfied, except for;

Non Refund or Return eligable (under Sallyrays Buyers Protection);

      • Items that are worn, washed, damaged, with tags, packaging or hygiene sticker removed or in an incomplete set.
      • Fresh & Frozen Food, Dairy & Eggs, Live Plants etc
      • Underwear, Swimmers, Adult Products etc.
      • Tickets, Vouchers & Services, Virtual Products.
      • Free gifts
      • Customized Products

Defective or Incorrect Product Returns Criteria;

  • Within 30 Days of purchase date
  • Item must be unopened, unused, undamaged
  • Return Shipping costs will be covered by Sallyrays via an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authority) provided by Sallyrays.
  • Sallyrays will only cover return shipping for defective items.
  • All warranty and defective returns will not attract a restocking fee.
  • Returned items due to change of mind will result in a restocking fee of 15% + postage
  • Returns will be approved by means of a RMA (Return Merchandise Authority) provided by Sallyrays.
  • Refund will not be processed until item is returned and inspected for condition and working order of items being returned by customer.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind and wish to return the item for a refund, you may do so with the following criteria;

 

  • Within 30 Days of purchase date
  • Item must be unopened, unused, undamaged
  • Return Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • All non warranty returns will attract a restocking fee of 15% of the total purchase price
  • Returns will be approved by means of a RMA (Return Merchandise Authority) provided by Sallyrays.
  • Refund will not be processed until item is returned and inspected for condition and working order of items being returned by customer.
